GENERAL INFORMATION & CLUB RULES
Hours: 7:00am - 1:00 am (check calendar)
Adult Members Only. Use Secured Coded Entrance.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Three Three Five can provide food, drinks, and service as available with a 48 hour notice.
Lockers and refrigeration are available on a limited basis. Members may bring their own alcoholic beverages.
(Glassware and Ice is provided).
A variety of beverages are availble for purchase.
Please Drink Responsibly.

PRIVATE EVENTS For Members and Guests
Private events can be booked at Fort Howard Lodge through Three Three Five @ 920-431-1111. A five hundred dollar ($500.00) minimum catering fee (excluding gratuity) is required along with a fifty dollar ($50.00) maintenance fee. A standard 18% gratuity will be added to all private events.

SMOKING
Based on requirements set forth by the “Smoke Free Wisconsin Act” smoking is banned in all public places, in any place of employment, or within fifteen feet of any entrance to a public place or place of employment.  Private clubs are not exempt from this bill.
We appreciate your cooperation.

PARKING
Reserve parking is available both at rear of building and adjacent to the Wouters Building.
Street parking is also available on Broadway St.

GUESTS
Guests accompanied by a club member are limited to 3 guests at a time and 3 visits annually.

DRESS CODE
Smart casual.
